About me
Michelle Walsh-Fernandez has been leading Active Shooter Survival Training in Healthcare and for community members since 2011. Michelle created one of the first Healthcare Active Shooter Response policies in the state of California and has been leading this training to thousands of people both locally and nationally since. Three of Michelle's former hospital staff members were involved in the Las Vegas Route shootings and all three survived; A House Supervisor reached out to Michelle attributing her training to having helped save her life.

Michelle's background includes security, law enforcement, emergency management, compliance, organizational/executive development and leadership building.
Michelle is a current volunteer with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and has been volunteering since 2015. Michelle was involved with Search and Rescue and is now part of the Aviation division.
