About me
James has 30 years years in technology service, operations, and support distributed across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, consulting, software, and higher education. James’ technology experience spans several disciplines and includes an extensive record of accomplishment in technology operations leadership, customer service, loyalty analytics, and continuous improvement.
James joined the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in 2021 as its Chief Information Officer after five years in Emory's central IT unit leading enterprise technology services for 45,000 students, faculty, staff, researchers, and clinical personnel. James earned a bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University, and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
